Gigsmart is a software startup focused on the gig economy, and connecting workers with gigs. During my time at Gigsmart, I ran extensive user tests that analyzed user flows within the app, identified user experience issues, built components for use in mobile, desktop, and tablet, designed iconography for use within the app, and established in-depth competitive analyses of the gig tech market.

During my time in the Fabric Care business unit, I I prototyped direct-to-consumer packaging for upcoming Tide e-commerce products, and led consumer testing panels on product usability. I demonstrated the ID process through the design of a stock liquid-detergent bottle offered in two sizes, pictured below. After sketching and modeling, I partnered with a P&G prototyping facility to prototype and test the bottles.

While working in the Oral Care business unit, I conducted consumer research on accessible oral care products and developed solutions through sketching and 3D modeling. I attended virtual consumer interviews to study their habits and common frictions, and proposed P&G’s role in an oral care campaign focused on bringing tools and education to impoverished communities who currently do not have easy access to dental care.

Owens-Illinois is one of the leading glass bottle manufacturers in the world. During my time at O-I, my team led the first O-I Global Design Conference where I collaborated closely with global designers to create disruptive and eye-catching new bottles in popular emerging drink categories. I earned four patents for breakthrough bottle design work in the O-I catalogue.
